Your new Role - Experienced Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant with CRS, you'll play a pivotal role in matching the right talent with the right opportunities. Your responsibilities will include managing a diverse temp and perm desk, providing end-to-end recruitment services to our valued clients and candidates. We are seeking a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver outstanding results. This is a 360-degree temp and perm desk that will keep you on your toes - the ability to multitask is key, along with your passion to exceed expectations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough candidate screening, interviewing, and sourcing to identify the best-fit talent.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates based on trust and integrity.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Engaging in business development to expand client relationships and grow the candidate pool.

• Proven experience in agency recruitment, ideally within a 360-degree role.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and a professional communication style.
• A positive, team-focused attitude, combined with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Possession of a current Australian driver's license.
• Willingness to be part of a rotating on-call roster for one week per month.
