If you are an experienced Senior Recruiter/ Recruitment consultant looking to be part of a well established organization that can offer a strong platform to elevate your career & earnings.

The role:

Build long lasting relationships with candidates and clients

Business development, building new client relationships through cold calling, meetings and networking

Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and mapping out your market

Finding the best talent in your market by networking, headhunting and other recruitment efforts

Negotiating with both clients and candidates

You will need:

Proven ability to build a client and candidate base within your niche market. The preference is technology /software but we are open to other areas if you are happy to transfer.

Proven track record of sales billings and success.

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Proactive, driven sales mindset.
