About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Simba Car Hire as a Rental Sales Agent. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales of car rental services to both corporate and leisure clients. Based in our Eagle Farm, Queensland location, you will play a key role in achieving our ambitious growth targets.

What you'll be doing

Providing a professional, friendly, and efficient rental experience for all customers

Actively promoting Simba's range of rental vehicles and services to prospective customers

Handling customer inquiries, bookings, and reservations in a timely manner

Ensuring all rental paperwork and contracts are accurately completed

Maintaining detailed records and providing sales reports as required

Identifying and capitalising on opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell rental options

Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement

Ensuring all Incident and Damage related matters are handled and documented accurately

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the car rental or hospitality industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer queries and objections

Numerical skills and attention to detail to accurately process rental transactions

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers

A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and contributing to business growth
