We’re on the lookout for a results-driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join a leading tier-one bathroom and tapware supplier based in Melbourne. If you're passionate about premium products and have strong industry connections, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

- $100,000 – $130,000 base salary, depending on experience

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a pivotal, senior sales role where you’ll drive growth and strengthen the company’s position in the market. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic business development plans across Melbourne
- Identifying and pursuing new business in residential, commercial, and multi-residential projects
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with architects, builders, developers, and interior designers
- Promoting high-end bathroomware, tapware, vanities, and accessories to key decision-makers
- Representing the brand at industry events, showrooms, and networking functions
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored, design-led solutions
- Staying across the latest trends in bathroom design, finishes, and specifications
ABOUT YOU
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a mix of sales talent, industry insight, and strong professional relationships. We're looking for:
- Proven experience in business development or senior sales, ideally within bathroomware, tapware, plumbing, building materials, or interiors
- A strong network of contacts within the architectural, building, or design communities
- A solid track record of hitting targets and winning new business
- Confidence in presenting to clients and leading sales conversations from concept to close
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent time management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A good understanding of the construction process and product specification lifecycle
- Passion for design, aesthetics, and delivering quality solutions
