Do you thrive in high-energy environments, love being organised, and get a buzz out of bringing celebrations to life? At Bubbles & Bouquets, we're a boutique event planning business on Sydney's North Shore, and we're on the lookout for a passionate Junior Event Coordinator to join our team!

This is a casual role (mainly weekends), perfect for someone eager to step into the exciting world of weddings and events. No experience? No problem! We'll train you on the job – all you need is a can-do attitude and a love for making event magic happen.

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older to be considered for this position.

What You'll Be Doing

Bringing events to life through set-up and pack-down

Helping with styling and décor to wow our clients

Keeping events on track with timelines and runsheets (training provided)

Supporting clients and guests – from calming nerves to answering questions

Being the go-to person on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly

Jumping into new and exciting tasks – no two events are ever the same!

Help manage emails and admin to ensure our events are streamlined

What We're Looking For

A driver's licence (our events take us all over Sydney)

Strong communication and people skills

High attention to detail and organisation

Great under pressure with strong time management

Intermediate tech confidence (Microsoft Office, Google Workplace, Zoom)

RSA/WCC preferred but not essential
