Junior Property Manager - Brunswick

Due to growth and changes in this company of 20+ staff, based in Brunswick, VIC, the opportunity has arisen to join them, working under an experienced Senior Property Manager, in a genuine, modern office and team!

With an estimated 2,000+ properties under management, a national business with 20-30 staff, 4+ offices and a strong brand name, join the "best of the best" in property management.

Ideally someone with some real estate experience in a reception, leasing or another assistant property management / admin role would suit, with agents rep, car and drivers licence. Must be open to drive in this role (car allowance provided).

JOB DUTIES:
- Work under an Experienced (Senior) Property Manager, helping them with workload (training provided)
- Learning to do things such as condition reports and inspections, compliance etc
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc as appropriate
- Deal with tenants and trades, using PropertyMe systems (tbc)
- Learn to manage your own portfolio in future (strong career progression)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property (required)
- Property Management Experience or real estate experience / knowledge
- Well presented and good admin and spoken skills
- Car & Drivers Licence
