Cook Duties include :
Daily food preparation
Experienced chopping skills
Liaising with front of house and management regarding functions, updates on menus, and kitchen operations
Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
Weekly menu specials
Independence
Works well in a team and under pressure
Wait Staff duties include:
Friendly Customer service
Taking orders
Deliver order to tables
Clearing tables and general cleaning duties
RSA or willing to get RSA essential
Using POS system
Independence and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions
What we are looking for:
A positive and passionate team member
Attention to detail
Great organisation skills
Sound food knowledge
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Availability to work weekends, evenings and split shift
