Chef / Cook / Kitchen Hand Wanted – Middle Eastern Restaurant | Newport

We're expanding our team at Queen Ester, a buzzing Middle Eastern street-food restaurant in Newport and Mona Vale, NSW.
If you're passionate about food, thrive in a busy kitchen, and enjoy being part of a friendly team, we'd love to meet you.

Positions available:

Chef – experienced and creative, able to run a busy kitchen

Minimum 3-5 years of commercial kitchen experience required for Chef position

Cook – solid kitchen experience, confident with prep and service

Minimum 1-2 years of commercial kitchen experience required for Cook position

Kitchen Hand – reliable with prep, cleaning, and kitchen support

Minimum 3-6 months of commercial kitchen experience required for Kitchen Hand position

What we're looking for:

Previous commercial kitchen experience (all roles)

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong work ethic, hygiene, and consistency

Team player with good communication

Passion for Middle Eastern food a bonus

Australian work rights required
