We’re looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across multiple venues with creativity, consistency, and care. You’ll be supported by experienced operators and a culture that values collaboration, not burnout.

Key Responsibilities
Lead kitchen operations across Pantry and Royale
Mentor and manage chefs and kitchen hands
Drive quality, consistency, and creativity in every dish
Collaborate with senior leadership on menu development and kitchen strategy
Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene
About You
4+ years senior experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens
Proven leadership — you coach, guide, and grow your team
Sharp eye for detail and food quality
Calm, clear communicator with solid time management
A collaborative spirit and a love of good food
Full working rights in Australia
