Hotel Manager – Taralga Hotel

The Taralga Hotel, a heritage-listed bluestone pub built in 1876, is seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to join our team and help lead this iconic Country Pub.

As the heart of the Taralga community, our historic hotel offers great pub meals, cold drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere full of character and charm. We're looking for someone who can bring strong leadership, great customer service, and a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day operations.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in hotel, bar, or hospitality management

Confident with licensing, compliance, and daily pub operations

Positive, motivated, and solutions-focused

Friendly, approachable, and a strong team player

Committed to delivering excellent service and staff leadership

Driven and motivated to meet growth strategy

Hold current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification

Strong financial management skills including budgeting, cost control, and P&L responsibility
