THE ROLE

• Three $20m+ projects commencing in the next six months – seeking an experienced CA to lead one of these
• D&C projects – office block, mixed use development and new shopping centre.
• You will required ample experience as a CA on commercial build projects, Cheops experience would be preferred.

THE DUTIES

• Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
• Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
• Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
• Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
• Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
• Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
• Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
• Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
