Site Operations Manager – Penguin Parade Visitors Centre

Create Catering is seeking a commercially astute, hands-on hospitality leader to oversee operations at the iconic Penguin Parade Visitors Centre. This role manages multi-site food & beverage outlets including Shearwater Restaurant & Bar, Chicks Café and event spaces.

As Site Operations Manager you’ll drive day-to-day performance, budgets, and guest experience while leading and developing a high-performing team. You’ll ensure compliance across food safety, WHS and liquor licensing, manage supplier and stakeholder relationships, and deliver innovative strategies to grow revenue and exceed KPIs.

We’re looking for someone with proven multi-site hospitality management experience, strong financial acumen, and a passion for creating exceptional visitor experiences. Relevant qualifications (e.g. Hospitality Management, RSA, Food Safety) are essential.
