Location: Footscray, VIC
Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 + Super + Pay Reviews + Incentives

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to oversee operations at a Footscray recycling facility. This pivotal role involves managing daily site activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading a dedicated team in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of site operations, including logistics, recycling processes, and customer service.

Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Manage site budgets, resources, and equipment maintenance schedules.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture among staff.

Liaise with stakeholders, including local authorities and community groups.

About You:

Proven experience in site management, preferably within recycling, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.
