and function catering, we need a skilled Chef to help bring our culinary vision to life.

The Role

As a Chef, you will assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintain kitchen

hygiene standards, and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily

operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare and cook menu items to high standards

 Assist in planning menus and seasonal dishes

 Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation

 Follow food safety and hygiene regulations

 Support kitchen operations and assist in training junior staff

 Help manage inventory and food costs

About You

 Proven experience as a Chef in a café or restaurant environment

 Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and hygiene standards

 Creative and passionate about delivering excellent dishes

 Good communication and teamwork skills

 Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
