We are hiring for a Senior Sous Chef & Pizza Chef, someone who is confident working with seasonal ingredients, sourdough pizza and an a la carte menu focused on Italian leaning dishes.

What We're Looking For

3 years experience in similar role

Someone with previous leadership and staff management experience

A chef who brings passion and fresh ideas each week

Can train and teach staff effectively

Strong communication skills

Work autonomously when required

Italian focus preferred but not essential

Working with sourdough preferred but not essential

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

Daily kitchen operations

Assistance in menu development

Staff management/ training

Working collaboratively with Senior Chefs

Create a separate "Requirements" or "" section and move experience requirements, communication skills, and preferred qualifications there
