We're a popular Vietnamese restaurants in Brunswick, known for our high-quality, casual dining experience. We run Good Days Noodle Bar at 165 Sydney Road and Good Days Hot Bread at 644 Sydney Road, we are opening a new location of Noodle Bar in Collingwood in Q4 2025.

Roles available
We are seeking an experienced and talented Chefs of all levels from Commis to Head Chef to join our team at Good Days. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen and ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences for our customers. This is a full-time role that will see you working closely with the management team to drive the strategic direction of our food offering across the groups multiple venues.

What we're looking for

Experience requirements vary by level: Commis Chef (6+ months), Chef de Partie (1+ years), Sous Chef (1+ years), Head Chef (2+ years in senior role)

Passion for using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Experience in a similar role

Knowledge of South East Asian cuisine and techniques an advantageous but not required
