The Role
You will work closely with experienced Project Managers across all stages of project delivery, from planning to completion, gaining the practical exposure and leadership skills needed to move into more senior roles.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end coordination of commercial projects
• Manage documentation, scheduling, and procurement activities
• Support contract administration and compliance processes
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and clients
• Maintain high standards across safety, quality, and environmental outcomes
• Foster a collaborative, respectful site and office environment

This is a hands-on role in a team where your contribution will be valued and your development genuinely supported.

About You

You are currently working as a Project Administrator or Coordinator with a commercial builder and are ready to take the next step. You are organised, proactive, and motivated to grow your skills and career.

You will bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in commercial construction
• Strong administrative and coordination capabilities
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• A genuine interest in leadership and project delivery
