Our Karratha studio is in the city-centre, close to our favourite cafes and restaurants. We are an award-winning marketing agency, backed by smart creative, regional insight and trusted relationships.

The role

Plan, create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Capture and edit short video, images and simple graphics, write sharp captions and EDM copy, and collaborate with clients and our in-house team to deliver consistent, on-brand content. You will also assist with proposals and content strategies for prospective clients, and support workshops and events as needed. We're offering an exciting full-time or part-time role that can be shaped around you!

What you will do

· Manage content calendars, scheduling and publishing across channels, maintain community standards.

· Capture and edit short-form video, reels, photos and graphics, write captions and calls to action.

· Create and distribute EDMs that support client objectives.

· Visit clients to capture content, photos and videos, and strengthen relationships.

· Collaborate with clients to align content with brand and campaign goals.

· Contribute to proposals and content strategies, help deliver client workshops and training, attend networking events and industry functions, represent the agency professionally.

What you will bring

· Excellent people and relationship skills, confident with clients, comfortable running check-ins and taking briefs.

· Proven experience creating multi-format social content and managing brand channels.

· Comfortable with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar, and standard scheduling, publishing and reporting tools.

· Nice to have: agency experience, experience telling regional WA stories.

Salary, tools and hours

· $90,000 to $105,000 + super and allowances, depending on experience.

· All equipment and software provided, including the latest iPhone.
