We’re looking for a creative, social-media-savvy Content Creator to bring our brands to life online.

Role Overview

This is an in-office (not remote/hybrid) part-time role (8–15 hours per week) based in Perth. It’s ideal for a student or early-career creative who loves storytelling, design, and digital marketing. In this role, you’ll create engaging content across social media, websites, and campaigns to help us connect with first home buyers, finance clients, and property investors.

Important: This position will transition into a full-time role in January 2026 for the right candidate, offering real long-term career growth as our brands expand nationally.

Please note: The role is office-based and will involve travel within Perth (and occasionally interstate) for on-site content creation such as property showcases, events, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Creation: Develop and manage content calendars for all three brands, ensuring a consistent pipeline of engaging material.

Social Media & Video: Create compelling social media posts, videos, stories, and reels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) that drive engagement and reflect each brand’s voice.

Photography & Videography: Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of property showcases, client stories, events, and team culture for use across digital channels.

Written Content: Write blogs, captions, and ad copy that align with each brand’s tone and communicate our value propositions clearly.

Graphic Design: Design simple graphics and visual assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to enhance content.

Website Updates: Assist with updating and maintaining website content to ensure information is current and on-brand.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor content performance and audience engagement; report on trends and insights and suggest data-driven improvements.

On-Site Production: Travel to local sites, events, and occasional interstate campaigns to produce content on location (some flexibility in hours is required).

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with company directors and sales teams to capture success stories and translate them into compelling content.

What We're Looking For

Technical & Creative Skills: Strong interest in social media and digital marketing. Proven skills in video editing, photography, and basic graphic design (using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar).

Storytelling Ability: Excellent writing and storytelling skills – you can craft content that is both factual and engaging, adapting your style to different audiences.

Organised & Detail-Oriented: Organised and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy in all content, ensuring work is done right.

Thoughtful Working Style: A clear, systematic approach to work – you plan ahead, work patiently through tasks, and communicate in a direct, matter-of-fact manner. You prefer to base decisions on facts and thoroughly understand a topic before acting.

Self-Motivated & Hands-On: Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects from start to finish. This role requires a hands-on creator who can execute tasks directly with minimal need for delegation.

Adaptable & Reliable: Comfortable with travel and working on-site when needed. Reliable in meeting commitments and maintaining consistency even when working autonomously.

Creative Eye: A creative thinker with an eye for design and detail. You’re always coming up with new ideas for content and can execute them with polish.

Bonus Experience: Experience or exposure in real estate, property development, or finance marketing is a plus (but not required).

Who This Role Suits

Preferred Experience: If you have 2+ years of content creation or digital marketing experience, that would be highly regarded — but it’s not mandatory.

Early-Career Creatives: A university/TAFE student or recent graduate in marketing, media, communications, or design looking to kickstart their career.

Freelancers Seeking Stability: A creative freelancer or content creator who wants stable part-time work with a clear pathway to full-time employment.
