The role

Lead social media and digital marketing across a portfolio of Pilbara and WA clients. You will be responsible for creating content and copywriting across social media, websites and print. You will own strategy and calendars, coordinate with contractors on photography and videography, guide quality and tone, and report on performance. You will collaborate closely with clients and our in-house team, contribute to proposals and workshops, and represent the agency at industry events when required. We're offering an exciting full-time or part-time role that can be shaped around you!

What you will do

· Create, schedule and publish content for social, websites and newsletters; schedule social posts, reels and stories.

· Own strategy, content calendars and publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, maintain community standards.

· Visit clients to collect content and strengthen relationships.

· Prepare reports, stay up to date with trends and technologies, and develop channel strategies.

· Brief, coordinate and quality-check contractors and creators to deliver on-brand content, short-form video and graphics.

· Set goals, monitor performance and present clear reports and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

· Prepare proposals and quotes, support new business activity and client presentations.

· Facilitate client training and workshops, and represent the agency at networking events.

What you will bring

· Excellent people and relationship skills, confident taking briefs, running check-ins and presenting work.

· Demonstrated experience managing brand social channels end-to-end, with strong copywriting and content planning.

· Comfortable with scheduling and analytics tools, and with briefing creators and contractors.

· Leadership experience, managing and training team members and clients.

· Business growth experience.

· Corporate communications expertise including copywriting for print and digital.

· Experience strategising and executing campaigns

· Organised, independent and proactive, with a networking mindset and the ability to grow relationships across WA.

Salary, tools and hours

· $90,000 to $120,000 + super and allowances, depending on experience.

· All equipment and software provided, including the latest iPhone.
