We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Metal Roofing Supervisor to join our team. The Metal Roofing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating metal roofing projects from start to finish. They will also be responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and productivity of their team.

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate metal roofing projects in accordance with project timelines and budgets.

Ensure all safety measures are being followed by team members and comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress, providing guidance and support as necessary.

Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality standards are being met and the work is being done to specifications.

Communicate with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are being met.

Order and maintain inventory of materials and equipment needed for projects.

Maintain accurate records of project progress and costs.

Provide training and mentorship to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in metal roofing installation and supervision.

Knowledge of metal roofing systems and installation techniques.

Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
