We are hiring a Salon Front of House / Receptionist to join our team and become part of the next chapter of our successful business .

Do you love the hustle of the busy salon and find joy in organising people’s days to run successfully? Are you a multitasker that has exceptional customer service, with a love for detail and organising.

Telleish Hair Studio is a 240m2 New York Loft style Hair Salon, located in South Melbourne. It is a unique space drenched in sunlight.

Entering our 17th year in business want someone to stand beside us, as we create what will be the best year of our business. We have an incredible team of 30 who are passionate about providing our clients with the absolute best care and quality workmanship & we are looking for their support person to organise their days.

Are you a “special human” with a high motivation for multitasking, strength in large teams who loves to organise . We currently have a reception team of 3 that you will join in this dynamic role, assisting in the operations of the salon, scheduling appointments, replying to customer enquiries, all whilst ensuring the comfort of our team and customers by being the first face they see.

We want you to become part of our future, contribute with ideas on how we can do things better, standing beside each other as we create the best chapter Telleish has had TOGETHER.

*What would your day look like?

- Preparing the teams schedules

- Greeting the team and clients - Your the face of the brand

- Emails , calls and multiple booking channels

- Overseeing the comfort of our clients

- Time management of our team

- Ensuring client satisfaction / client liaison

- Regular reporting / task orinetated

- Stock and ordering

- PA to management

*What you will need:

- Completed Certificate 3 in hairdressing, ( not essential but a bonus if you do ) Or a strong reception / hospitality background

- Exceptional phone manners / customer service focused

- A love for a busy environment - attention to detail.

- Great communications skills

- Exceptional time management

- Strong presentation
