The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a professional, dynamic, talented and motivated Nails Technician/Salon Manager who is capable of ensuring a smooth salon operation and providing high-quality experience for our clients.

An essential requirement is that you must LOVE what you do, take pride in achieving perfect results and enjoy having satisfied clients! You must also be friendly, energetic and a team player.

What We're Looking for:

Experience in professional manicure and pedicure services for at least 2 years.

Specialist in Acrylic and Builder Gel (BIAB), pedicure, manicure, shellac nails, gel nails with knowledge of electric filing.

Capable of creating exceptional quality custom nail art and finishes.

Experience in hand and foot spa treatments.

Coordinate daily operations, including phone, email, social media and walk-in enquiries.

Manage all aspects of the efficient running of the salon, including supervising staff and organising rosters.

Provide outstanding customer service which results in memorable 5-star experiences.

Train staff in various advanced pedicure and manicure techniques.

Experienced in stock control and ordering supplies.

Reliable and punctual.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Value precision and perfection.

Fluent in English and have strong communication skills.

Vibrant personality with a positive attitude.

Impeccable grooming and presentation.

Proficiency in computer booking apps is an advantage.

Have current beauty qualifications and certifications.

Maintain the highest standards of hygiene.

Working Hours

You will need to be available Wednesdays to Sundays 9am to 5.30pm, and until 7.30pm on Thursdays and Fridays.
