Our client is on a mission to empower and transform the hairdressing industry. They are Australia’s first haircare manufacturing company, specialising in creating high-quality, natural technology haircare and colour products, as well as leading salon education events.

This role is a unique blend of sales, account management, and education. It is perfect for a previous Hair Salon Owner, Manager or Salon Educator who is passionate about the hairdressing industry and is ready to make an impact!

• Territory: Remote role servicing Newcastle NSW
• Salary: $80K - $95K + Super + Commission
• Working model: Field Based Role (company car included)

The Role:

• Manage and grow accounts in Newcastle
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities in salons
• Act as a brand educator, training salons on our products
• Set sales targets and earn commission on performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Salon Management Experience (Must Have!) – You’ve owned or managed a salon and understand the business side of it
• Passionate About the Hair Industry – You love helping salons thrive
• Sales Ability (Preferred but Not Required) – If you're passionate and driven, we’ll train you
• Energetic & Self-Motivated – You love being on the road and making an impact
• Is passionate about natural, Australian-made products that empower salons.
