The Role: Salon Coordinator & Receptionist

This dynamic role is the heartbeat of our clinic, combining exceptional customer service with operational oversight. As the first point of contact, you'll embody the Skintrition brand, ensuring every client experiences our signature warmth and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome clients and manage their journey through the clinic

Coordinate daily front-of-house operations, including phone, email, social media, and walk-in inquiries

Conduct initial skin consultations and recommend home care prescriptions

Organize promotions and events to enhance client engagement

Support the team in achieving KPIs and maintaining a harmonious work environment

Who We're Looking For:

Beauty Therapists eager to transition into a front-of-house leadership role

Cosmetic Consultants passionate about skincare and client experience

Individuals with leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a keen interest in the beauty industry

Please Note: This role is not suited for traditional phone receptionists. We're seeking candidates with a genuine passion for skincare and client engagement.

What You Bring:

A vibrant personality with a proactive "I CAN DO" attitude

Commitment to delivering results and nurturing client relationships

Impeccable grooming and presentation

Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit

Knowledge of skincare is advantageous

Proficiency in computer systems is a plus
