About the role

Linear Hair, a leading hair and beauty salon in Hoppers Crossing VIC, is seeking a part-time Salon Receptionist to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service by greeting clients, booking appointments, and handling inquiries

Maintaining accurate client records and scheduling appointments in our salon management system

Assisting with basic retail sales and processing payments

Supporting the salon team by managing the reception area and ensuring a well-organised workflow

Contributing to a positive and professional salon environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or salon reception role preferably in the hair and beauty industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

Excellent time management and organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Basic computer skills and familiarity with salon management software (or a willingness to learn)

A genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to providing outstanding client experiences

Must be able to work Saturdays
