About The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, this role will support accurate and complete information in the areas of sales, invoicing, operations, inventory and purchasing along with being the office manager ensuring smooth operations of office and warehouse. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and efficient, hands-on and have confident and strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with all levels of people in the organisation.
This is a newly developed role, and options for either Part-Time or Full Time will be considered. It is anticipated the role will grow across functions over time.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the administration of the goods inward and goods outbound processes ensuring accurate information available for shared services team. This may include amongst other tasks, assistance with invoicing, after sales servicing transactions, monitoring container deliveries, and accuracy of despatch information.
Manage product serial numbers, SIM cards, batch numbers, etc to support systems in both R&D and those already sold to customers.
Assist with inventory management, including inventory transfers between warehouses, processing adjustments and inventory consumptions to R&D projects.
Responsibility for office management including office consumables, meeting room and showroom presentation, liaising with landlord, security controls, etc.
Managing and reporting on supplier invoices, inventory consumptions and other entries in relation to R&D production projects, with monthly reviews with stakeholders, including GM, Group CEO and CFO.
Ad hoc assistance to shared services finance team with reporting of inventory levels, warranty costs, and distribution charges, along with debtor collection assistance where necessary.
Ad hoc support for systems and IT to ensure smooth running of office and warehouse.
About You
Ideally, you will have several years experience working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across a variety of tasks. Additionally, you will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to interact and engage cross-functionally within the business. Superior systems and Excel experience is an advantage.
