We’re on the hunt for an Events Admin Assistant who’s organised, proactive, and excited to be part of a growing, fun, and hands-on events team. You’ll work closely with our passionate crew to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes—from client calls and site briefs to event paperwork and post-event follow-ups.
This is the perfect role if you love variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be right in the middle of the action that makes memorable events happen.
About this role:
25-30 hrs per week (flexible by arrangement)
3-month contract with potential to extend into next year
Based at Kensington or Artarmon
Work from home flexibility once trained

What you’ll be doing:
Support the Head of Events with day-to-day admin, reporting, and team coordination
Keep our event systems, CRM, and checklists accurate and up to date
Chat with clients: gather event details, confirm logistics, and process payments
Prepare site briefs, run sheets, and documentation that keep our events on track
Join site inspections, document venue details, and hand over info to the team
Follow up after events: thank clients, collect feedback, and encourage referrals

What we’re looking for:
Experience in events, hospitality, or admin/coordination desired
Super organised, detail-driven, and confident juggling multiple priorities
A natural communicator with a friendly phone manner and sharp written skills
Comfortable with CRM/event platforms and Excel (or quick to pick them up)
Calm, professional, and team-oriented with a can-do attitude
