About the role
We are seeking an Admin Assistant to join our team at Connect Facility Services in Thornton, NSW ro provide maternity cover on an initial 6 month contract basis.
In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative support to our busy office, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will be an integral part of our close-knit team, responsible for a variety of clerical and organisational duties.
What you'll be doing
Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and managing correspondence
Coordinating and maintaining office supplies and inventory
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Handling incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
Supporting the coordination of team meetings and events
Collaborating with colleagues across the business to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
What we're looking for
At least 1 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry
Australian work rights are required for this position
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
This part-time role offers flexible working days per week with potential to develop into full-time
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
A proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach
