What we're looking for:
As well as being an accomplished Registered Nurse and Leader, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent clinical care for our residents, whilst effectively leading and supporting a team.
- AHPRA Registration and a bachelor's degree in nursing
- Experience in leading and training Care and Clinical team members whilst creating an engaging and supportive work culture
- A Registered Nurse with strong clinical experience
- Someone passionate about quality care and team leadership
- A professional ready to take the next step in their career
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
