YOUR NEW ROLE

As Client Manager and 2IC, you will be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of clients while guiding and supporting a small remote team. The role blends client service, workflow management, and leadership. Ensuring clients receive tailored advice, the team grows in capability, and the firm continues its strong trajectory.

Build trusted, long-term client relationships, ensuring advice and support is clear, timely, and tailored to their needs

Review BAS, tax returns, financial statements and reports with accuracy, delivering compliance and confidence for clients

Lead and mentor a small team, creating a collaborative, accountable culture where staff grow and succeed

Manage workflows effectively so deadlines are consistently met, and client outcomes are delivered without compromise

Proactively identify opportunities to add value, improve efficiency, and provide advisory support to clients while refining internal practices and workflows.
