The Role
We are seeking a warm, capable Registered or Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. You’ll manage a structured caseload of aged care residents, delivering:

✔️ Behavioural assessments
✔️ Clear, practical care plans tailored to support staff
✔️ Identifying triggers and recommending functionally equivalent replacement behaviour
✔️ A mix of in person and remote work
✔️ Provision and education of replacement behaviour strategies

You’ll be supported by our admin team for scheduling and logistics, ensuring your time is dedicated to meaningful clinical work.

Key Responsibilities

Complete behaviourally-focused assessments for aged care residents

Develop written care plans with structured clinical reasoning

Provide short-term, outcome-based follow-up and stakeholder communication

Liaise with nursing staff, family, and GPs where appropriate

Maintain clinical documentation aligned with our streamlined framework

What You’ll Need

General registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist

Experience or interest in aged care, behaviour support, or brief intervention

ABN, professional indemnity insurance, and police check

Strong written skills and the ability to work autonomously
