About the role

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper & Data Entry professional to join our team at Mega Watt Electrical in Ravenhall, VIC. This part-time role (4days) will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and invoicing. If you have a passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

Perform data entry and record-keeping duties

Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts

Prepare financial reports and statements

Assist with general office administration tasks

What we're looking for

Strong experience in accounts payable and data entry roles

Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail

Proficient in using QuickBooks accounting software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
