Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client projects from initial contact to completion
  • Prepare quotes and proposals using templates
  • Set up and maintain client documentation and templates
  • Coordinate project tasks and timelines
  • Communicate with clients regularly and gather feedback
  • Support consultants with WHS document creation and reporting
  • Maintain accurate project records for invoicing
  • Help improve internal systems and procedures
  • Assist with office resources, supplies, and maintenance
  • Submit timesheets and leave applications daily

Who We're Looking For:

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or currently studying.
  • Client-focused with strong communication and relationship skills.
  • Can follow set processes and workflows with accuracy.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
  • Advanced Word skills – formatting, templates, styles, and find & replace.
