What You’ll Be Doing:
Shape projects from concept to delivery by securing specifications with architects, designers, and builders.
Grow market share by hunting new opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships.
Represent award-winning brands at industry events, showrooms, and client presentations.
Drive influence across the design and construction ecosystem – from luxury homes to skyline-changing towers.
Own your results – manage your pipeline, close deals, and celebrate wins.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years in sales within architectural products, decorative finishes, or building materials.
A hunter’s mindset – driven, resilient, and commercially sharp.
Strong existing networks across the A&D community in NSW (or the confidence to build them fast).
A passion for design, detail, and premium products.
The polish and presence to hold your own with top-tier architects, designers, and developers.

Base salary $110k–$130k + Super
Car allowance or fully maintained company vehicle
