Marketing Specialist

Are you a creative and strategic marketer with a passion for brand building and digital engagement? We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead the rebranding of our company and products, expand our brand presence, and help grow our customer base within the removalist industry.

This is a part time role based at our headquarters in Melbourne's inner southeast, with the potential to make a lasting impact on our brand identity and market reach. You will be part of a collaborative and talented team, committed to delivering smart, effective solutions that truly make a difference for our clients. Moveware is a full ERP application with financials and mobile applications for relocation companies. Established in 2001, we have grown to be the market leader of our industry globally, with clients in over 40 countries and offices based in Melbourne, London, Toronto, and Bangkok.

This role offers the flexibility to work 16-32 hours per week, and you can choose your own schedule, whether that’s over 2, 3, 4, or 5 days—whatever works best for you!

Responsibilities:

Lead and execute a company wide rebranding strategy

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness

Build and grow our social media presence, with a strong focus on LinkedIn

Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience

Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and branding across all touchpoints

Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics

Promote Moveware's brand by showcasing major projects through media and marketing, helping to strengthen our reputation in the industry.

Represent Moveware at trade shows, industry events and client meetings to promote our brand and expand our network (Desirable)

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in brand strategy and marketing execution

Strong background in social media marketing, especially LinkedIn

Excellent communication and content creation skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Experience in B2B marketing is a plus

Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
