My client is a well established not for profit services business spanning 100 years of operation, across 50+ locations in the state

Reporting directly into the CFO this will be a broad and hands on role you will lead and enhance the organisation's risk and compliance frameworks, working closely with the Compliance Specialist and business stakeholders to ensure effective risk management across all areas.

This includes compliance monitoring, develop and implement risk controls, manage audit processes, projects and incident and complaint handling and provide timely advice on regulatory changes.

You also be called to drive risk awareness through training, influencing and promoting a culture of continuous improvement

About you

• At least 5 years’ experience in a related role, preferably in a multi-site (healthcare, retail, manufacturing), operational or non profit business
• Ability to be pragmatic and solutions-focused in a proactive, can-do approach with the ability to build rapport and influence varied stakeholder groups, both corporate and operational
• Understanding of and ability to apply and implement key governance standards beneficial such as ISO9001
• Excellent organisational skills with a very high level of attention to detail
• Broad knowledge and practical experience in management of enterprise risk
