We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Risk professional to join a reputable non-financial services organisation going through significant change and transformation.

You will be working directly with the General Manager, Risk and engaging with senior leaders within the business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and uplifting the Risk Management Framework including risk appetite statements and risk registers
• Implementing the Business Resilience Framework across the business including business continuity, crisis management planning and scenario testing
• Conducting risk management activities such as risk assessments and reporting
• Facilitating risk and resilience workshops and training across the business
• Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and ensuring the business is compliant
• Providing risk and resilience advisory
• Participating in ad hoc projects as required

Candidate profile:

• Circa 5-6+ years risk management background
• Experience working in aged care, housing, property, real estate, construction, utilities will be highly regarded
• A hands-on approach, willing to roll up your sleeves and deliver
• Pragmatic and proactive mindset
• Great communicator with the ability to engage with various stakeholders and navigate change
• Relevant tertiary education
