• Lead month-end processing and reconciliations
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring smooth AP & AR operations
• Conduct variance analysis and report on key financial metrics
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports including BAS, FBT, Income Tax Returns, and Payment Times Reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and drive process improvements
• Support ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as required
