About the role

Based at our clients HQ, in Coogee, we are seeking applications for a Part-time Sales Coordinator for a Maternity leave cover of 18mths. This role is 3 days a week. Working days Wed-Fri and occasional extra days from time to time to meet peak periods and business needs.

Administrator/Internal Sales to be the first point of contact to the internal sales teams & external clients calling through for orders, project scheduling / enquiries, quotes and freight timelines. The primary purpose is taking orders and keep customers and key procurements contacts with regular communication regarding order arrival times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The main duties in your role will include but not limited to:

Perform quotation and order entry, edit and maintenance, handle all telephone and email enquiries relating to freight, orders, or billing issues.

Pricing / Estimates

Provide courteous and professional responses for all product and order related enquiries.

Analyse existing/potential customer needs.

Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.

We are looking for someone who has the following competencies.

We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience however this is not essential as training will be provided to the right candidate:

A love for customer service and fulfillment of their expectations, ensuring maximum transitions and orders in the future.

Strong Coordination and planning for anticipating and solving any problems that could arise.

Computer competency and agility is important for this role! Demonstrated by use of multi platforms and Enterprise systems.

Accurate keyboard data entry and confidence in delivering this with care

Positive attitude! A team player who can be flexible when the business needs some additional hours contributed.
