A leading and established Brisbane studio is seeking a motivated Architect (or experienced Graduate of Architecture) to join a unique project team in the Corrections / Institution sector. This is a long-term opportunity to contribute leadership and architectural knowhow in a practice that values both independence and collaboration.

You’ll be a great Revit practitioner and people person, central to engaging a small team and delivering considered design excellence, with plenty of secure work in the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Take the lead on a landmark correctional facility, balancing thoughtful design intent with technical delivery

Oversee a small team, mentor juniors and coordinate consultants across all stages

Drive Revit documentation and ensure compliance in a high-security / high coordination environment

Skills & Experience

5-7+ years’ experience (QLD registration preferred, but not required)

Demonstrated background in Corrections, Defence, Health or other similar complex institutional projects

Advanced Revit skills and solid NCC knowledge

Confident leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
