We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our growing team and contribute to our exciting portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Directors throughout all stages of project procurement

Develop conceptual designs

Prepare high-quality presentation materials

Preparation of contract documentation

Liaise effectively with consultants, suppliers, and clients

Provide ongoing support throughout the construction phase

Manage project timeframes, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a well-rounded professional who brings together creative vision, a solid grasp of project requirements, technical expertise, and hands-on delivery experience. Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture

At least 5 years of experience in architectural practice

Strong design skills with a focus on innovative, practical solutions

In-depth technical knowledge of building construction and detailing

Proficiency in Revit for design and documentation

Familiarity with building codes (NCC, Australian Standards, QDC)

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Ability to manage competing priorities and evolving project needs

A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth
