The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cellar Door / Front of House team member to join our small team. This is a hands-on role welcoming guests, hosting tastings, and ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile (and hopefully a bottle or two!).

This casual position typically requires availability for weekends only to accommodate our busiest customer periods.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service at the cellar door

Conduct wine tastings and share the Storm Ridge story with guests

Assist with sales, bookings, and general enquiries

Maintain presentation of the cellar door and tasting area

Support events, functions, and private bookings as required

Handle POS transactions and stock management

What We're Looking For

Friendly, professional, and confident communicator

Passion for wine, food, and customer experiences (wine knowledge a bonus – training provided)

Minimum 3-6 months of wine industry or hospitality experience preferred

Ability to work weekends and public holidays (essential in wine tourism)

Current RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

Previous hospitality, retail, or cellar door experience preferred but not essential

Valid Australian work rights required for this position
