The Role

This is a field-based supervisory role where you’ll take ownership of insurance repair projects from initial inspection through to completion. You’ll carry out onsite assessments, scope repairs, issue work orders, and manage trades — ensuring quality workmanship, compliance, and delivery against key KPIs. Strong communication will be central to your success, as you’ll be the link between insurers, trades, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct onsite inspections and prepare accurate scopes of work.

Issue work orders and manage subcontractors across multiple trades.

Oversee repair quality, safety compliance, and timelines.

Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring jobs are delivered to a high standard.

Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, trades, and policyholders.

Provide clear and proactive communication to all stakeholders.
