Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring jobs are completed to the highest standard of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects from contract award through to handover.
• Being the first point of contact for clients and building strong working relationships.
• Leading subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Overseeing construction schedules and resource allocation.
• Maintaining financial control, including progress claims, variations, and reporting.
• Coordinating closely with engineering, drafting, and estimating teams to resolve challenges quickly.
• Ensuring all works comply with WHS, quality, and company standards.
• Regularly communicating with clients to keep them informed and satisfied.

About You

We’re looking for a motivated Project Manager who wants to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team.

• Minimum 3 years’ HVAC Project Management experience.
• Background in mechanical/building services (trade or engineering).
• Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
