Right now, we’re looking for passionate, customer-focused people to join our Tier 1 Digital Support team for a 6-month contract role representing Services Australia.
💡 What You’ll Be Doing:
Answering inbound customer enquiries
Helping people use online self-service tools
Providing clear, friendly support with empathy and confidence
Working full-time hours (on a 6-month contract) from our West Perth office

✅ About You:
Based in Perth and available for a 6-month full-time contract
Must be an Australian Citizen and 18+ years of age
Available Monday – Friday 7am – 7pm
Tech-savvy and confident on a computer
Friendly, confident communicator who can listen, empathize, and connect
Motivated, curious, and ready to learn
Resilient and up for a challenge
