What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)

Leading projects across all stages, from briefing and design reviews to delivery and contract administration

Bringing fresh ideas into hospitality and education design, with room to experiment and innovate

Managing project programs, budgets, and resources, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction

Collaborating with Principals and Associates while guiding and mentoring project teams

Building strong client relationships through direct engagement and trust

What you'll need

Strong experience in interior design (hospitality and/or education project experience highly regarded)

Proficiency in Revit and confidence in detailing and documentation

A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage consultants, clients, and internal teams

For senior-level applicants: leadership skills, proven ability to manage budgets, and mentor team members
