About the role
This role will allow you to expand your skills and knowledge in the design industry, collaborating with exceptional individuals of all levels. You will have the opportunity to run your own projects, delivering high-quality outcomes from both a technical and creative perspective.
As an experienced interior designer, you will be responsible for;

• Key inputs within the design and documenting of interior spaces for both new and existing clients
• Fostering and managing clients’ relationships within the education sector
• Shaping and influencing the design aspects of Education projects
• Mentoring, coaching, and managing junior employees
• Overseeing day-to-day client project relationship management
• Advising on fees and engagement of sub-consultants, defining work scope and overseeing progress of deliverables
• Reporting on project performance and variations to the project scope
• Overseeing multiple projects teams and monitoring their performance and financials

About you
You have a love for the Interior and Architectural side of design. You must have a real passion for creativity and technical execution. You are eager to learn and develop new skills while showcasing your current knowledge of the process. You will be capable of working on your own initiative, operating both autonomously and collaboratively. You will have a hands-on approach whilst instilling a "can do attitude" being both responsive and proactive.
To be a successful candidate, you must have;

• A minimum of 6 years experience in a similar position
• Interior Design/Architecture degree or relevant qualification
• Confident and highly competent presentation abilities
• Creative skills with an ability to conceptualise and communicate ideas effectively
• Ability to work in fast paced, challenging and highly-rewarding environment
• Proficient in Revit
• Commercial, Residential and/or Hospitality experience essential
• A personality that is collaborative, positive and ambitious!
