We're a small but growing accounting firm with a curious approach - and we're looking for a Part-Time Admin Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. This in-office role is ideal for a student balancing studies or someone looking to step into office life and gain real-world experience.
This position requires 21-25 hours per week and the successful candidate will work Wednesday to Friday.
Permanent residency status is required for this position.
What You'll Be Doing:
Answering calls with a confident, professional manner
Managing emails and client communications
Filing, scanning, and keeping records organised
Assisting with data entry and light data processing
General admin tasks to support the team day-to-day

Reliable and organised
Computer skills - Microsoft Excel is a plus
Ability to commence immediately
