Senior Clinical Lead (Assessment - Aged Care Community)
Physio, OT, Social Worker or RN and LOVE leading teams to achieve high quality community assessments? This role is for you!
$118,107.18 per annum (full time) plus 11.5% superannuation, with generous salary packaging benefits of up to $15,899 per year, mileage reimbursement and travel opportunities. This is an ongoing employment opportunity – we want to commit to you when you commit to us.
We’re currently recruiting for a dynamic leadership role based in Perth. This position will support our team in Perth Metro, South West, Great Southern, Mid West and Wheatbelt – bringing leadership closer to the communities we serve.
We love people who speak more than one language – especially when this represents your community in your local area!
What is the role?
Probably the best way to describe it is by explaining a typical week…after you have completed the leadership training with ACNA. Your typical week will include:
Connecting with your team, ACNA schedulers and reviewing your assessment requests. This will enable you to make decisions that ensure you have the right team in the right place at the right time…across various geographies.
Supporting your team in community and the sector through education and information. You will work beside your team and directly with clients, using your existing skills and judgement to have meaningful interactions.
Meetings with your colleagues across Australia, coordinating case conferences, and meeting with your team. This builds the sense of belonging and support that comes from being part of a small team with a dedicated leader, whilst benefiting from our national ‘teams of teams’ approach.
Throughout work you will be contributing to the future reforms in aged care using your daily work and the feedback you provide that will be shared with the Department of Health and Aged Care. Helping us to challenge the status quo and look for ways to make an even bigger impact.
And of course you will be participating in recruitment, induction and training to ensure everyone has great learning experiences!
Who are we looking for?
You are a great collaborator and ‘connector of people’. You love communicating and coaching and have dreamt of a role that gives you the chance to expand your leadership potential. You are also a great clinician and ready to spend your days focussed on leading a team that conducts assessments that represents the voice and needs of an older person.
People will have called you all sorts of different names. Authentic. Fun. Genuine. Brilliant. Approachable. A little bit cheeky. Helpful. Caring. Lovely. Relentless.
In your spare time we’re likely to find you daydreaming about new ways to create an impact on people’s lives.
Sound interesting?
We have a recruitment process full of activities so you can try the role on for size.
